Getting Started
Scanning a website with Alertoscan takes one step and needs no account.
Run a scan
- Go to the Scanner.
- Paste the full domain or URL you want to check (e.g.
example.com). - Press Scan. Results appear within 30–60 seconds.
The scanner submits the URL to our analysis engine, which runs every check in parallel and returns a complete result page.
Reading the result
Each scan produces a result page at /scan/{domain} with:
- The Trust Score (0–100) and verdict
- Antivirus detections across multiple engines
- Regulator warnings from financial authorities
- Blacklist hits (Google Safe Browsing, Cloudflare, community feeds)
- Infrastructure details: hosting, SSL, WHOIS, technologies
- A plain-language summary of the findings
Fresh vs. cached data
Scan results are cached for 10 days. If you scan a domain whose data is older than that, Alertoscan automatically triggers a fresh rescan so you always see current information.
Already scanned domains are indexed. Searching one again loads instantly from
the existing result page.
