Acccat is not an AI trading company, it's an investment scam. We scanned all three of its domains, and every one comes back dangerous: acccat.com 1/100, acccat.net 12/100, and acccatai.com 1/100 (now offline).

On 28 May 2026, Canada's Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) publicly named "Acccat Technologies" as an investment scam. The "AI that trades for you" is a front; the money you deposit funds the people running it.

What is Acccat?

Acccat markets itself as an artificial-intelligence company that runs an automated crypto "quantitative trading" platform. In our scan of acccat.net, the site describes itself word for word as "Acccat Intelligent Technology Company" whose "mission is to promote the fourth major revolution in human history." It claims it "was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada" with "more than 400,000 users worldwide."

The product it sells is a guaranteed-profit trading bot. Acccat tells users its AI "monitors the price differences of up to 20 exchanges" and runs cross-exchange arbitrage, with this example pulled verbatim from the site: "Acccat buys 10,000 US dollars of USDT on Coinbase, and then sells it at 11,000 on Binance, and the transaction generates a profit of 1,000 US dollars. 50% of the income is collected from each transaction, and the remaining 50% of the income belongs to the user."

That is the pitch. The reality is a login wall: when our scanner opened acccat.com, the page redirected straight to a sign-in screen with nothing public behind it, just an account gate, a global phone-number selector, and a "Download APP" button that hands you an APK from outside the official stores.

acccat.com as our scanner sees it: a login wall with a global country selector and a "Download APP" button serving an APK from outside the official stores.

It runs under several names: Acccat AI, Acccat Technologies and Acccat Intelligent Technology, across the three domains above.

Is Acccat legit or a scam?

It isn't, and here is what our investigation turned up:

  • Trust score 1/100 for acccat.com, 12/100 for acccat.net and 1/100 for acccatai.com (now offline), all "dangerous." Open the full reports any time: acccat.com, acccat.net and acccatai.com.
  • A financial regulator has listed it. Ontario's securities regulator, the OSC (a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, CSA), published an investor warning against "Acccat Technologies" on 28 May 2026. You can read it on the regulator's own site: the OSC warning for Acccat Technologies.
  • Malware and phishing detections. On VirusTotal, 2 of 91 vendor engines flag acccat.com. Gridinsoft labels it "phishing" and SOCRadar labels it "malware."
  • It sits in a scam-network cluster. In our threat graph all three Acccat domains are tied together, and the OSC warning co-lists them; acccat.com and acccat.net carry our internal scam_farm_tier1 marker.
  • No verifiable company exists behind it. Our scan extracted no public email, phone or address from either site, despite the claimed 400,000-user, Toronto-headquartered business.

A genuine regulated firm of the size Acccat claims would have a verifiable corporate footprint and a real licence. Acccat has neither, just a warning from the very regulator it tells users to go and check.

Acccat AI trading: real or fake?

The "AI quantitative trading" is the costume, not the business. We found no evidence that any trading happens at all: no connected exchange API, no order IDs, no on-chain transaction hashes, and no third-party audit. The "profits" you watch tick up are just numbers in a database the operator fully controls.

This is why the whole premise is unfalsifiable by design. Real arbitrage between exchanges is fiercely competitive, capital-intensive, and never produces the smooth, guaranteed daily returns Acccat advertises. When a platform promises daily profit with no risk, the money is not being traded. It is being pooled from the next round of depositors and partly paid back to earlier ones to keep the illusion alive. That is the mechanical definition of a Ponzi scheme, and it is exactly what the recruitment structure below confirms.

Has a regulator flagged Acccat?

Yes, and Acccat's own marketing is what makes this damning.

Acccat tells users to trust it because it is "regulated." It even instructs them, in text we captured on acccat.net, that "each user can enter the company's business license code and query the website of the Ontario Government in Canada." Alongside this it invokes a fictitious-sounding "Canadian Financial Management Bureau."

So we checked the real Ontario authority. The Ontario Securities Commission, the actual securities regulator for Toronto and Ontario, never licensed Acccat. It warned the public against it. The warning, dated 28 May 2026, names "Acccat Technologies" and covers all three Acccat domains. You can confirm it directly on osc.ca, or browse our regulator-warnings hub for the wider picture.

The takeaway is hard to miss: Acccat sends you to Ontario to prove it is real, and Ontario's regulator is precisely who flagged it as a fraud.

What our scan found

We scanned the cluster with our scanner and pulled the registration, hosting and code fingerprints. Here are the indicators of compromise.

Three things stand out.

The two main domains were registered together. acccat.com and acccat.net share the identical WHOIS creation timestamp, 2018-06-01 03:52:21 UTC, down to the second, and the same 2030 expiry. They were registered in the same batch and are operated in parallel by the same entity. (Their page builds differ, so this is shared ownership, not a copy-paste clone.) The third domain, acccatai.com, is newer, registered in October 2025, and is now offline (HTTP 504), yet it already carries the same OSC warning. A fresh .ai-flavoured domain bolted onto an aged shell is a classic way to look established while staying disposable.

Here is how the cluster looks in our threat graph. Each node is a domain we have linked to Acccat; drag them to explore.

The "Toronto" claim does not survive the code. The sites use the Chinese front-end library layui and name their mobile subdomains h5.acccat.com and h5.acccat.net. The label "H5" is Chinese web-dev shorthand for an HTML5 mobile page. That technical fingerprint points to a Chinese-language development origin, not a Canadian AI lab. We cannot confirm where the operators actually sit, and we will not invent it. (An external WHOIS source lists a Philippines registrant; our own data does not confirm any registrant country, so treat that as unverified.)

The app ships outside the stores. The login page offers "Download APP" as an APK rather than through Google Play or the App Store. Side-loaded APKs skip store review, a standard delivery method for fraud apps. We do not recommend installing it.

Why our scanner first rated it 93/100

Here is the part most checkers miss, and it is the entire trick.

When our scanner first scored acccat.com, on 14 February 2026, the raw automated number was 93/100. The domain had been registered back in 2018, carried a valid SSL certificate, had no antivirus detections, and no regulator warnings yet, so on paper it looked clean. Most automated tools treat an aged domain as a positive signal, and Acccat is built to exploit exactly that.

Our analyst overrode the machine and applied a 75-point penalty for advance-fee crypto fraud, dropping the published score to 18/100. Over the next weeks the objective signals caught up on their own: by our March to May re-scans the native score had collapsed to 1/100 as VirusTotal detections appeared and the scam-network clustering locked in. Then, on 28 May, the OSC warning landed.

The lesson for anyone checking a site themselves: an old domain is not a safe domain. Acccat re-armed an 8-year-old shell. Its SSL certificate was reissued and its WHOIS record updated on the very same day, 1 September 2025, to borrow the credibility of age. The age is camouflage.

How does the Acccat scam work?

Underneath the AI branding, the model is advance-fee fraud wrapped in a Ponzi/MLM recruitment structure. It runs in two layers.

The first layer is the trust ramp. Early, small withdrawals are paid out so you believe the system works, and you are nudged to deposit more. When you finally request a meaningful withdrawal, the account is frozen and you are told to pay "fees," "taxes," or "verification," usually to third parties, before the money can be released. Those payments are the scam itself; the balance behind them never moves.

The second layer is recruitment, and it is where the real money comes from. Acccat even dresses the "trading" up as "running GPU": its site tells users to "run daily GPU to earn commissions," with "daily running income … compounded, the more account balance, the more income." It is pseudo-mining language whose only real effect is to reward bigger deposits. On top of that it pushes users to "upgrade to a valid user" by recharging 30 USDT, to "become an Acccat … VIP," and to climb "assistant, agent, director" ranks with a "basic salary of 200~10,000 USDT + commission," plus invite bonuses, team commissions and an invitation to "visit and study at the Canadian headquarters." Those payouts only continue while fresh deposits keep arriving, the defining trait of a pyramid. When recruitment slows, the structure starves and withdrawals stop for everyone below the top.

Holding it together is a set of control clauses our reading of the platform surfaced: consecutive "valid trading" days required before any withdrawal, compliance holds, one account per device, and rules against publicly criticising the platform. None of it requires real trading, and we found none.

What do Acccat reviews say?

Public complaints describe one consistent arc, and it lines up with our technical findings. At first everything works: small withdrawals clear and support is responsive. Then a "double your money" promotion (for example 100→200, or 500→1,000) lures a larger deposit. After that, accounts are frozen, support goes silent, and the personal "manager's" WhatsApp number is deleted. One reported $4,000 withdrawal sat "processing" for over 72 hours. These are third-party accounts rather than our own telemetry, but they match the advance-fee mechanics above exactly.

Acccat login, app and withdrawal

If you are searching for the practical details, here they are, with the caveats that matter:

  • acccat login: acccat.com is a login portal only. It redirects to /login and asks for a username or phone number. There is no public product behind it, just an account gate.
  • acccat download / app: the app is a side-loaded APK ("Download APP"), distributed outside Google Play and the App Store, so it is never reviewed. We advise against installing it.
  • acccat withdrawal: withdrawals are the failure point. Based on the scheme's mechanics and public complaints, large withdrawals are blocked and made conditional on further payments. Any platform that demands a deposit before it will let you withdraw is stealing from you. No legitimate service works that way.
  • acccat invitation code: invitation and VIP codes are the recruitment layer of the Ponzi structure, not a perk. Using one ties your account into the referral chain.

I deposited and can't withdraw, what to do

Move quickly and methodically:

  1. Stop paying the fees. Do not send any more money for "fees," "taxes," "verification" or "VIP upgrades." Each payment unlocks nothing; it only triggers the next demand.
  2. Preserve evidence. Screenshot your balance, deposit transactions, wallet addresses, chat logs and the "manager's" contact details before they disappear.
  3. Report it. File with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the CSA, your own national financial regulator, and your local police or cybercrime unit. If you paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank fast, because speed matters.
  4. Save the on-chain trail. USDT transfers are recorded on public blockchains. Keep every transaction hash; that is the trail investigators and your bank will need.

Reporting also helps the next person: every documented case makes the network easier to flag and harder to run.

FAQ

Is Acccat legit?

No. We rate acccat.com 1/100 ("dangerous"), and Ontario's OSC issued an investor warning against "Acccat Technologies" on 28 May 2026.

Where is Acccat based?

Acccat claims a Toronto, Canada headquarters, but we could not verify any corporate presence, and our technical signals (a Chinese-language front-end stack and h5 mobile subdomains) point to a development origin that contradicts that Toronto claim. We will not guess the operator's real location. Tellingly, Ontario's own regulator flagged the platform.

What is acccat.com?

It's just the login portal for the platform: it redirects to /login with nothing public behind it. The marketing site lives at acccat.net, and a third domain, acccatai.com, belongs to the same cluster.

Is the Acccat app (APK) safe to download?

We do not recommend it. The app ships as a side-loaded APK outside official stores, bypassing app-store review, which is a common pattern for fraudulent finance apps.

Can I get my Acccat withdrawal?

Withdrawals get blocked behind a chain of "fee" demands, and paying them doesn't release anything. If you're mid-withdrawal, stop paying and report it to your financial regulator.

What does Acccat mean / what is "Acccat AI"?

"Acccat AI" / "Acccat Intelligent Technology" is the brand for a crypto investment scheme presented as an AI trading product. The AI framing is marketing; we found no evidence of real automated trading.

Is acccat.net different from acccat.com?

They're the same operation, run side by side by the same people, and both domains were registered in the very same second back in 2018. You can dig into the second one in our acccat.net analysis.

How did we investigate Acccat?

We ran acccat.com and acccat.net through our scanner, which screens each domain against antivirus and threat-intelligence engines, validates SSL and WHOIS, captures the live page and its code fingerprints, cross-references financial-regulator warning lists, and maps related domains in our scam-network graph. Every "we found" statement above comes from those scans; regulator and VirusTotal findings are cited to their public sources; third-party victim reports and external WHOIS details are labelled as such.
